You have a full 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange any item. Items must be in new and unused condition, just like your pup saw them for the first time.

For returns, simply send the item back to us within the 30-day window, and we’ll process your full refund once we receive and inspect the item.

For exchanges, send the item back, and we’ll happily exchange it for you.
